    You need to remove a part of the day, either early in the morning or late at night, when you can set aside an hour to exercise. You should not eat or drink immediately before your exercise session but it is important to be hydrated. Drink plenty of water after your session. The area you choose to exercise in should be well ventilated. But exposing your self to a breeze or wind while sweating is not recommended either. Start and increase the intensity of exercises gradually.

    Once you are comfortable with a particular level increase it further. Warming up and cooling down by performing a few simple stretching exercises prepares the muscles for action. Freehand exercises can be performed at first and resistance training and weight training can be introduced at a later stage.
