How Big Is An Unborn Baby At 11 Weeks?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

A normal unborn baby is around 1.75 inches to 2.4 inches long. The baby may weigh .3 of an ounce. The baby may most likely be the same size as a plum. The baby's skin is still translucent at this stage and throughout the pregnancy the baby skin is paper thin. By looking closely the baby's blood vessels are clearly visible from under the skin. The child is able to open its little fists. Little buds are beginning to form in its mouth that will develop into teeth. The baby's toes and fingers are now separated not webbed. The baby makes the most of the space it is floating in and is probably kicking and squirming. Within the next three weeks the baby will have a big growth spurt.
