Can A Leision Inside The Nose That Will Not Heal And Bleeds? It Can Be Picked Like A Sore, But It Is A White Piece Of Skin That Comes From Inside The Nose, And Then It Returns Within A Day.

I would like to know what the sore could be inside my nose that an be picked, but it returns within a day or two. It is on the inside of my nose on the cartlidge part on the inside boney part of the nose.
