I had a 2 new baby hammies since a month ago and now recently the mother hamster gave birth again for another 3 more baby hamsters. So my question is will the total 5 siblings hamsters hurt and kill each of them ?

Hamsters when mature are solitary, and will fight for their space. You need to separate the older ones now, or rehome them. Where is dad? Are you just going to keep breeding or are you going to keep him separate too? You need to think about this. Hamsters do not need company.
