You need to go back to your attorney and have him check on this for you. He knows what to do and it will keep you out of trouble. If you try to handle it yourself there is so much that can go wrong. SEE YOUR ATTORNEY!

If you are in the United States, there is a law since the 1990's that allows your Health and Welfare department to get a court order and enforce it. You may have to pay $25 up front but they will find him anywhere he is and make him pay. See the office in your county.
