What's The Best Tattoo Removal Cream?

I've been doing some research on the internet about tattoo removal creams, the thing is that there is lots of products that guarantee excellent results and I don't know which one should I buy, since I like to remove them as soon as possible and because laser removal doesn't fit in my budget at the moment. Could you please recommend one that really works?

Real tattoos cannot be removed by applying any cream as the pigment is impregnated permanently into the skin. The best you can hope for is fading and masking without laser or surgical removal.

I discovered that there are many tattoo removal creams on the market, a site that helped me was Tattoo Removal Cream Reviews which lists and ranks many of the top tattoo removal and fading creams. They rate Wrecking Balm as #1 and Tat B Gone as #2.

I don't think tattoo removal cream is the best way to remove a tattoo, because all these creams are not able to make the ink to disappear. Probably there are some creams that will fade your tattoo, but I think you shouldn't have great expectations. You can see more tattoo removal options here: Www.tattoo-home-removal.info

Healthyskinassociation.org lists and reviews several tattoo removal creams. This should help answer some of your questions.

A tattoo cream alone may not eliminate the tattoo completely, it depends on a lot of different factors - color and type of ink being two important ones.  However, a lot of people do try these creams in combination with laser treatments.  By fading the tattoo, prior to laser sessions, you can reduce the number of laser treatments that you'll need.  This can obviously can save you money since laser can easily cost a few hundred per visit.

Tattoo removal prices can be quite high so you are wise to look into tattoo removal cream.  There are two major products that have good reviews.  One is Wrecking Balm and the other is Ink Busters.  Ink Busters isn't actually tattoo removal cream. It's a TCA product that works similar.  Tattoo removal creams fade tattoos gradually.

I don't know which is the best product to use to fade away your tattoo.  But I would be aware of the ingredients that are listed in them.  For instance, one such tattoo fade-away cream called Tat-Med lists: Distilled water, seaweed extract, plankton extract, and marine algae.  I am skeptical that these ingredients are capable of fading away the ink in a tattoo.  It looks like they've created a website called the Skin Health Association thats all about different fade-away creams but really is just a promotional tool for their own product. I'd stay away from this stuff, probably doesn't do anything. Better off trying one of the other ones like Tattoo-Off or the Tat B Gone.

I would recommend a fade away product called Tat B Gone.  I had a tattoo of a tiger on my ankle that I had done when I was 18.  Now I'm 34 and I really wanted it gone.  I used Tat B Gone for 6 months and my tattoo is gone now.  Hard to believe right?  Well it really worked, just have to follow the directions and use it every day. Its still kind of pricey but for what it does its really worth it.

None of the tattoo removal creams work. They all contain skin pigment faders which do not work on tattoo pigment. Some also contain a grit that is used to exfoliate the skin, but if you exfoliate you don't need the creams, they just add to the cost of the product without any extra benefit. Always read the ingredient list before buying any tattoo removal cream and you will see they contain no ingredient strong enough to remove a tattoo that was carved deep into your skin.

A friend just removed her tattoo with TatBGone.  She's had this tribal tattoo for years and bought the tat b gone fade away after doing some research.  I think she used for  about 7 months. And I can barely see it anymore its so faded.  I'm thinking of trying it but also read some good reviews of Tattoo-Off.  Has anyone tried this product?  Its cheaper but I want to make sure it works first.

I like Tattoo-OFF.  I used it to remove a black tattoo of my ex-girlfriend's name.  Its faded out enough that no one can see it anymore after using for 8 months.  Cheaper than a lot of the other DIY tattoo removal creams to.

Street Cents ordered the tattoo removal kit Dermasal (a one-month supply) from American Lifestyle.com. The order cost about $89 CDN, plus about $22 CDN in shipping, handling, and insurance costs.

Dermasal is a three-step process that takes about three minutes to use. The tattoo removal kit includes:

            (1) A spray-on bottle of Soothing Agent which "prepares the skin for the topical solution."
            (2) A jar of Topical Solution which "erases the tattooed area by lightly dissolving the ink imbedded in the skin."
            (3) A spray-on bottle of Protectant Gel which "sooths and protects the treated area."
