Is There A Program I Can Buy Online For Yoga?

Yes you could buy dvd's over the internet or from your local dvd store.

You can buy yoga DVDs and yoga equipment (try yogadirect.com) online, or at places such as Target.   Try to find one that says it's beginner level.  We recently bought a partner yoga DVD, and they move through the poses and don't fully  explain all of the poses that they want you to get into that it's often times hard to keep up with what they are doing.  

And during the summer, we essentially had a private yoga instructor for our partner yoga at the gym, since not that many people came to the class, which was also nice.

Check out YogaUniverse.com. Tiffany is a wonderful teacher and uploads classes to her website. She has classes for all levels--from beginner to more advanced. You can get a subscription to her site and take all different classes whenever and wherever you want! It's awesome--check it out!! Namaste!
