If this phone was new then most phones are locked to the code of 0000 then after unlocked you could change this to your own personal code or choose to leave it like this hope it works take care

you may have to take it to a second hand phone shop for opening or a phone shop its normally about £5 to £10 to unlock and with new models you may have to leave it a day or two in the shop good luck
