What's The Parvo Recovery?

My dog had got parvo, took him to vet, went through 3 series of shots, took Darbazine, Cephalexin every 12 hrs. Its been 3 wks. Hes gained all the weight back he lost,real active like he use to be. Will it be OK to have him around other pets, & to keep him in obedience, and self protection training?
