The Toilet Would Not Flush In 2nd Bathroom. We Have Had 3 Plumbers Tell Us We Have Back Fall On Our Pipe Under Our Slab Foundation. We Busted Concrete And Picked Up Pipe Above Level And Water Still In Pipe. Can You Help?

We do not want to pay to have this work done ( we were quoted at 3,000.00 or more) if it will not fix the problem. Is there anything else it could be? We used several Augers to see if there was an obstruction but the water is still sitting in the pipe. If you add water to the pipe the level stays the same- so some of it is draining somewhere but all of the water will not go out? We were told the main line has fall and the prob. Was the y to the toilet.

No, you can solve your problem by changing the water pipe because it is draining some water but it is not destroyed completely that's why some water remains in that pipe. So changing the pipe will solve your problem.

By changing the water pipe, are you talking about the main line or the y- to the toilet? Do you have plumbing experience?
