What's A Good Way To Reset Your Sleeping Schedule(going To Bed Real Late, Waking Up Real Late, Etc.)

    Go to your bedroom and get into bed after taking a warm bath, turn off all tvs etc, make sure the room is dark but aired.  Do relaxation exercises and let your mind drift to a pleasant place.  Do not go to your bedroom or lay down before this time no matter how tired you feel.   Scented candles and lavender oil on your pillow can help the relaxation process.
