      From what I understand, (to be specific) when the German's and Hitler took over Czechoslovakia and Hungarian area's around 1944, people were first moved into ghetto's and then transported (as said above) by train's.  People were stuffed into the train's, and there were so many people it was difficult to breathe... Many people suffocated by lack of air because of the many people in the trains.
