    Well, how much weight do you have to lose, that's what you have to figure out first, and you can't be one of those Weekend Warrior people, that's no good, you should try to eat healthy and burn calories all week, not just save it for Saturday and Sunday, that won't help you over the long haul.

    I am so goofy, I thought you said WEEK END! Any work out? Try for at least 500 cals, but that's really pushing it!
