Cheap is not the bet way to buy a pet. The saying "you get what you pay for" applies here,. If someone is selling a cheap animal you need to beware of possible health or behavior issues. You can find freebees on local Free-cycle lists or in trade papers in your area. Rescues form organizations are not cheap, because of the care, and medical attention they have given animals in their care. Pet ownership is a comitment, and an obligation to treat the pet as an other member of the family. Hope you find a new best furry friend forever. Dogma
