Depends upon who you ask. Some programmers use the terms interchangeably. To others Reserved Words are things like "if", "then" and "else", words that can have no other meaning and Key Words are predefined identifiers like "main". "main" has a meaning to the language but it is not enforced. "main" could be a variable where as "else" could not. "main" is a predefined identifier while "else" is a reserved word.
