What Is A Drivers License?

    A driver's license is an official document that states, that a person is capable of operating a motorized vehicle such as a bus, car, truck or a motorcycle. In most of the jurisdictions a drivers licenses are issued after the recipient of the license has passed a driving test, however in many states a driver, acquires the driving license before even beginning to drive.

    A different drivers license exists for the different types of motor vehicles are available.  The countries of France and Germany were one of the earliest countries that require a compulsory driving license right from the beginning of the 20th century.

    On the 1st of August in the year 1910, the first law in North America for the driver's license went in to effect in New York (a state of the United States of America.).

      A drivers license is what we have to have to be able to legually drive in the united states.
