Do You Think The Hair Follicle Test Should Be Used In Drug Testing?
If the tests goes back say two years and there is no time line on a persons usage ,say that person has been clean a year,should this be legally used to judge a persons character?

As far as I know, hair follicle testing only goes back 90 days (about 3 months) so anyone clean for a year will have no problem. They don't test the whole length of the hair shaft, just the follicle (root), as traces of chemicals cannot be contained inside the hair cortex after about 90 days.

Looks like you are very concerned about hair follicle testing. Who is it that is testing your hair follicles? Are they also looking for a DNA sample? Most employers test your urine as it is much more cost effective.

No they are not DNA sampling,Its just that I took a follicle test,and Im extremely curious.Maybe I didnt word my question right the first time to get the answer I desired .So I just thought Id dig a little deeper.Sometimes my dialect comes through with words put together only folks around here would understand.Next time I will work harder on the question before aking it.
