No. I assume you are male so shall answer the question accordingly. Hair loss in later years is a natural process and you unfortunately cannot stop it. If you could find a solution for this problem then you would be a millionaire very quickly. The only cosmetic solution, if it worries you that much, is to wear a hairpiece which I personally think looks worse than being bald. There is a treatment to have hair follicles replaced in bald areas - I think Frank Sinatra had this done - but it is not 100% effective and costs a fortune. What is wrong with being bald? It can be very appealing. It didn't do Yul Brynner or Telly Savalas any harm.
