If Dolphins And Whales Are Mammals Why Can't They Live On Land And Why Do They Not Have Legs?
1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating
Pretty much the same reason you can't live in the sea - they are not adapted to land living. They do have 'legs', but they end in flippers, not hands and feet. Mammals are warm-blooded vertebrate creatures who suckle their young, it has nothing to do with where they live.
