There are lots of ways to help your rabbit become refresh this summer so they can tolerate the heat. You could put a ceramic tile in the rabbit's cage so he/she could lie on it. Put ice on his/her water hole. Put a mist in your rabbit's ear. You can actually trim some of his furs as well.

Keep in the shade with a fan attached to its cage. Make sure it has plenty of water and treat it with vegetables for good health. Once in awhile you could mist it with a light mist of water.

Put it in the shade of a tree if you have one and add a raised roof(put spacer blocks on the roof of the hutch and attach a sheet of plywood for outdoor use to it and maybe even put a sealant on it like thompson water seal) to the hutch to create a bigger overhang and dead air space as a heat blocker from the direct sun light to absorb the heat and stop it from getting to the hutch .
