How Do The Points Work With This Blurtit Website? Please Help.

The points are earned by joining initially, and for that you are allocated 100, then logging in each day, 5. Then answering questions can earn you 10 more points for each one.
You can also create a link to blurtit which earns you 100,
and you also earn points from ratings on your answers, and also by rating another blurter's answers.
You start as a baby blurter then go to novice, then recognised,
then executive, then vip, uber and each time you increase in points and ratings you go up until you reach a higher level.
You can also promote your blog, and get people to read your
answers who have been directed to blurtit by your site.
