How Should I Respond To Interview Questions?

Answer Question

3 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

You will almost certainly be asked this. There is only one answer that you must NEVER give, and that is "No." To answer no would just make them think you were either indifferent or afraid to assert yourself.

So you must have some questions ready. Probably the best thing is to ask one (or preferably two) questions about the nature of the work you will be doing, or the requirements of the job, or the company's aims, philosophy etc. I'm sure you will have researched the organisation thoroughly before the interview (if not please start now!) so you can see if there are things your researches don't tell you. Remember some of these, and if they aren't answered during the interview, you can ask them yourself at this point. A good way to decide what to ask is to imagine yourself starting the job on Monday. What do you still need to know?

    Good luck.

Be confident if you are going to appear in an interview. It is your confidence which is going to prove yourself. But one thing is need to be kept in mind. That is what you should not be over confident. Your overconfidence will surely spoil the originality and charm of your impression. Try to impress others in a way that they should not know that you are trying to impress them in one way or the other. It is good to talk to them in amiable environs. Don't clean your seat from forehead recurrently. Don't drink water recurrently.
Try to respond all of the queries in an interview. It is good for the sake of your high scores. But at times, you will think that you don't know the correct answer or may be you don't know even a word about what the person is asking you. So, don't panic. Try to take it like normal. Don't show them that you are perplexed or bluffed. Just answer the question in an ambiguous way. Don't keep mum in an interview. Don't speak a lot. Try to be on the road of medium things. Good luck!

As an employer, I look for answers to questions that indicate that you have experience on the topic at hand.
