Drinking only hot water in the morning is not sufficient to reduce weight. Every technique of weight loss is not complete without proper exercise. Take a glass of hot water with lemon juice in the morning. This can increase metabolic activities. But also go for exercise or at least brisk walk daily for 40-60 minutes or swimming for one hour. Avoid taking fats and restrict protein intake to minimum requirements and eat low carbohydrate food. Avoid sweets and bakery foods. This can help you in reducing weight.
