How Do I Repair A Bathtub Overflow Valve That Will Not Close?

Answer Question

Not an easy job but is done thru the handle itself if no access to plumbing from behind and then the drain itself. Sometimes many people just disconnect it , pull the drain mechanism and go buy a rubber stopper instead but thats only as a last resort
