    Yes it can happen! But its more likely to happen in dogs 6weeks to 5-6 months old!! Just keep the pups away from floors! Other dogs/pets. The grass! Ect.. And have them checked by a vet!.

      Yes, this is possible.  Usually puppies of this age will be protected by maternal antibodies.  However, if the mother has inadequate immunity or this immunity has not been passed on, the pups may contract the disease.  Signs of parvo in puppies include lethargy, diarrhoea and vomiting.  The diarrhoea may be yellow in colour progressing to bloody liquid stool.  If you observe any of these signs, contact you veterinarian as soon as possible.
