1 Go to www.drop.io and create a drop box. It is free.
2 Go into your drop box.
3 You will see a phone number (based in New York) to call to leave messages in your drop box.
4 Leave a message in your box by dialing the number and then record your dialogue for your presentation.
5. Dropio will then save your message as a mp3 file
6. Download the mp3 file and import it into your presentation.
