When the temperature is increased, the objects fall with a greater speed in the hot water as compared to the cold water. It is due to the decrease in the water density with increasing temperature. When the water density is lesser than the object, the object sinks. If you decease the density of the water by heating it, the object will fall or sink even more fast.

The warmer the water, the faster the object will pass through it. The reason for this is the molecule structure. Cold water molecules are more compact making the water more dence, and the opposite for warm water.
