Can You Suggest A Good Diet ?
I'm in college, so I'm so busy with work and homework that I don't have time to exercise and usually when I eat, it's very late at night due to my hectic schedule. I started a diet and since then I have lost 3 lbs only...and that's without working out. My goal is to lose 10 lbs. All I eat is salad, boiled chicken breasts, cereal, oatmeal, w/ wheat bread, salted crackers, rice-cakes, and fruit. Can you tell me whether you think this is a good diet? Please suggest a better diet.

You eat healthy for a week and then pick a day and for lunch pig out and then you eat healthy again and so on

If you have lost three pounds already then you must be doing it right don't rush these things you should be aiming for one to two pounds a week nothing more

try healthy cocktails (made of fruits or/ with vegetables). Still, don't eat too many salted crackers. I
know how it is to have a full schedule and no time for workouts but you do need
to be careful with the calories you eat. Use a calorie counter; it doesn't take
