You can create an event, which ever service you are using. Every service provides you to automatically redirect your email to some folder or mark it spam or put directly in to spam or even delete it directly.
It is known as "Rules" if you are using Yahoo.
you can create several rule based on email, subject, body etc
experiment a bit and you will be able to deal with spam...
