I would say that this is a hormonal change to do with you going through puberty. Usually these changes will occur in both breasts and although one sometimes will grow more than another initially it is just your breasts developing and preparing themselves to do the job that mother nature intended. Breastfeeding!

Try not to stimulate them and it should settle.

If have been having sexual relations it could also mean that you are pregnant.

    Hope this helps.

I may not be right but it's probably just a part of puberty. Hopefully you haven't had sex at 13 because then it could be that you're lactating but I hope that's not the reason. Most likely it's just part of your body changing. If it bothers you, you could maybe mention it to your parents and see if it's worth going to the doctor for. Your body goes through so many changes being a teenager, somethings little things here and there may seem a little out of place but they really arent. So if it concerns you a great amount, see a doctor. Otherwise just realize that it's probably puberty.
