      No you cannot - and it's not worth even attempting it.  Actually - it's a sick idea.

      Uhh, yes you can. It has a high enough fat content. It's just that it would take too much (over a gallon) to make cheese of any quantity so if you are saving the milk for cheese-making, what will the baby eat? I was assuming that this question was posed by someone who wanted to begin transitioning the child to more solid food. It's actually an interesting question.
