What Do You Do If A Manager Discusses Your Private Information With Others That Are Not Involved In Your Apartment?

I live in Louisiana in a low income apartment, a child broke a window in my apartment and the grandmother initially agreed to pay for the window. There were repairs made to this apartment and the manager decided to show the grandmother the amount of repairs that was done in my apartment. Where we live is a rundown place and everyone knows your business. Did he have the right to show her my "bill" or was that an invasion of my privacy?
