It is also the thirteenth and the final album of LL Cool J's deal with Def Jam Records which has lasted for more than two decades. The title of the album is so because it is LL Cool J's thirteenth album to date and also marks his exit from Def Jam Records.

This album also contains a compilation of his hit songs to date. Now it remains to be seen as to with which label would LL Cool J would sign up after the end of his deal with Def Jam Recordings.
