Sure, the value of service is what price people are prepared to pay for a service. For example are you prepared to pay $2.00 extra on a $20 product knowing you can buy the exact same item, 2 blocks away. For $2.00 less because the person you are currently buying it off made you a coffee when you walked in. They looked after you therefore they gave you great service but you paid extra for the privilege of having great service and you proved you valued it by paying the extra.
