Alright first make sure the video is a format the PSP can read (MP4, AVI) you can check what the format of a video is by right clicking on the file and clicking properties under where it says "Type of file:" if the type of file is something the PSP does not support you can convert it using  PSP Video 9 which is a free software that converts any Video file you have to something the PSP supports or go to media-convert.com and convert using it.
      2. Plug in your PSP to your computer using a USB 2.0 then turn on your psp and select USB connection under system settings.
      3. Put the video file under the "video" folder from the root of the memory stick and wait for it to finish transferring.
      4. After it's done transferring plug of your PSP then go to the video and hope it works.

Watch this videos and it will all be clear. (I did not make these videos)
