    What Are The Diseases That Cause Starry Eyes And How?

    My 3 months old brother has been admitted in the hospital with starry eyes, fits for 3 days and also with fever. The physicians are treating him for meningitis for almost one month now and there is no improvement to my brother, that I would like to know the diseases that are causing starry eyes. The cerebral spinal fluid collected and tested is clear.

    Thyroid glands make your eyes watery and starry eyes. This is caused by a chemical reaction in your throat and as the eyes, nose and throat are linked the symptoms show through your eyes.
