I noticed they haven't been flying for a long time. Today, I left the cage open so they could go out and have fun but they don't fly. They just walk around the outside of the cage. Then, they went back in and stayed there. I dont know what to do; i can't teach a bird how to fly.

They can probably fly just fine but they are sticking close to the cage because they feel safe there. You could take one away from the cage and then let it go I would be willing to bet it will fly back to the cage. Now if they are in molt they may not have enough wing feathers for flight.
