Can Oxycontin And Oxycodone Show Up As The Same Thing On A Urine Screen?

I accidentally took an oxycodone 30mg in place of my usual dose of oxycontin 20mg two days ago. Will this be a problem on my urine screen I have tomorrow?

They are both opioid based and with chronic use they will stay in the system 2-5 days, and with single use 2 days. If they are proscribed to you there should not be any problems if not then good luck on the test.

Oxycodone will show up as oxycontin if they specifically test for it. I was tested for oxycontin and I was prescribed oxycodone at the time. It was positive. You'll be fine though

It is the same. Oxycontin is just time released. And the oxycodone you took was a little stronger.
