Why Is My Stomach The Only Place That I Need To Lose Weight?

I am a 57 year old male. The only place that I am big is in my stomach. I would like to lose this weight. I have a hernia which I have had repaired surgically twice. This produces a problem with exercise such as sit ups. Is there anything I can take naturally to help me with this problem?

Walking and taking food which is low in carbohydrates and fats can decrease your weight as you can't do hard exercises. Stomach gets bigger with age. You also have two operations and it is also possible that you might sit most of the time of the day.

Weight forward and low on a male is usually the result of a certain diet and lifestyle that is very very high in animal fat and alcohol.  Hence the name beer gut.  If you go after those two things it will go down.  If alcohol consumption is high, you may also have an enlarged liver, which is dangerous.  These might be your dragons, go fight them.
