Can I Hold My Rent?
I live in Pa.I am in a low income building under hud. I pay my electric bill. I have copd, the ac will not shut down unless I turn off the power can't lower the fan speed. Have put this in writing three times. What can I do?

I hope you sent it in written form by certified mail because hand written doesn't count. If you did then hold the rent money until they repair it because they have to by law.
