It depends on how old is your puppy.
1) If your puppy is 1mth and below, it should be fed in small amounts and can be given small milky biscuits. Do not feed your puppy bones, big biscuits.etc.
2)If your puppy is 2mths and above feed it twice a day around 9 am & 7.30 pm. Around 4 spoon full. You can give it milky biscuits and can also start with a small amount of dog biscuits but not bones.
