How Is Antigone Like Niobe?

They both are characters are the Greek mythology and if you try to find the similarities between them, certainly they both faced curse in their life.
     
The name 'Antigone' is attributed to the daughter and to some extent the sister of Oedipus and as she disobeyed her father she was condemned to death.
      
Niobe was also a character of the Greek mythology and is known for her boasting of her fourteen children; seven sons and equal number of daughters. It was her boasting about her children that enraged Apollo, the son of Leto who has only two children and he killed them all. She herself was turned to stone when she was bewailing the loss of her children.
    
So we can say that as both have died they were not immortals as all the gods are considered to be.
