Generally, administrator's password can be changed if you can enter the OS with a user name with the administrative previleges. Right clilck "My computer" >select "Manage"> Local Users and Groups>Users>Administrator, to change the password.

If you are unable to log into Windows, It's better to try password recovery tools, such as Windows Password Reset,  Active Password Changer, Passware windows key, these are all windows password recovery tools. Hope helps you.
