My sister had three full periods while pregnant with my nephew so yeah you could still be pregnant.

Yes you can! But please go see a dr just to make sure everything is ok. Lots of women spot during pregnancy. I have a friend who was spotting, getting negative results on her tests and saw the dr only to find out she was pregnant and everything was fine. Congrats and I wish you a happy healthy nine months!
