How Are Bank Cheques Printed?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

A bank cheque, also called a cashier's check would be one guaranteed by a bank. You find that they are habitually treated as cash owing to the fact that nearly all banks clear them immediately. These are printed as determined by the bank in question. They are typically available at all bank branches.

Most banks provide limited cheque books free of cost but levy a fee on additional cheques taken over and above that. Also many banks these days offer facilities to customers to print beautiful custom cheques or gift cheques and certificates.

You find cashier's cheques distinctively feature the name of whichever is the issuing bank, displayed in a prominent location. Additionally, they are generally designed with various inconspicuous enhanced security features such as watermarks, a certain security thread, various colour-shifting inks, in addition to special bond paper.
