I love cats. The Egyptians saw them as gods, you will notice, that in their ancient culture, many statues dedicated to them. They are the first domesticated animal and live wonderfully with people. The problem for me, is when I was a kid and rough housing with a cat, got scratches on my arm. Now am totally allergic. That is where the expression, Cat scratch fever comes from. They actually have a type of venom in their nails which if they scratch a baby, can cause permanent brain damage. In my case, my immune system caused me to become allergic. I think they are beautiful creatures.
