I Ovulated On May 18th, My Next Period Is Due June 1st, Today I Am Feeling Very Mild Cramps In My Lower Abdomen, Is This A Sign Of Implantation Bleeding?

I am trying to get pregnant and would like to know if implantation bleeding is occurring. I read that it occurs usually 6-12 days past ovulation, but today would be only 7 days past ovulation.
