What Could Happen If...?

Well, i'm not an expert, but after passing out your inmune system get week, and someone will probably say to eat something to lift up your body defenses. That happened to a friend before and she was taken to the emergency room, so i don't recommend strict dieting like that.

You could pass out. Then, well, I don't want to think about it. There's always a better alternative to losing weight than not eating at all. You could starve yourself to DEATH. Please, if you want more info. on my diet plan, just ask me in my shout box. I can help you if you choose.

Also, take some vitamins. If your not eating enough you deplete your body from much needed vitamins. That can affect you in the long run. At least this way you can absorb some of what you need. Don t take them on an empty stomach it can cause stomach pain and ulsers, as  can lack of food.
