If by that, you mean in Platinum, how to get the app that shows how well any 2 pokemon will breed in the daycare, this is how to do it. Go to Pastoria City and go to the Great Marsh. Talk to the Cowgirl that's to your left just as you enter the building. She'll say if you can catch 5 Pokemon (doesn't matter which kind) in one Safari Game, she'll give you a Poketch app. Complete her challenge, and she'll give you the Match Up Checker Poketch App. Hope that helps! ;D
