To tell you the truth shopQueen I would say Running. This is because Running you get more energy, and bikes you don't get a lot of energy.
So running is more active.
So running is more active.

I think running is harder, and more active. I breathe heavier when running than I do riding a bike.

I would say running because I've tried to run the same distance I biked and it was much harder. I could feel the "burn" way more when I was running, but biking is also a very good exercise. They both will give you a work-out, so you can really chose. Just running will probably be harder.

My vote for running.. Because while running you exert more you can burn maximum calories in first 20 minutes and this is a great whole body workout. While riding a bike (i am taking about cycling) is not that much effective running. Because cycling is good for legs.. Its not a complete body work out.
